No problems – Have had many things repaired with no problems, good people.
Highly recommend – I have worked with Jason Meyer for the last couple years - he is very professional and went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. Furthermore, he followed up couple of months later to make sure I was still satisfied with my equipment. I have purchased equipment in the past through their competitors for my landscape company and this is by far the best experience I have had so far. I highly recommend Southside Total Power.
Need help with their customer service – I have been here a few times for a variety of lawn tools and each time I was trying to decide whether to fix or junk it and buy new. Each time the employee I dealt with seemed like I was wasting his time and even after explaining that I would either have them fix it or buy a new one from them (guaranteeing them the business) their attitude didn't improve. Worst service in the industry – I have done business with Southside Total Power a number of times, each time thinking that the service cannot possibly be as bad the next time, but each time finding out that it can actually be worse. The people working at the store have absolutely no care for your time. I have found myself to be the only customer in the store, standing right in front of multiple employees while they just continue to have their own personal conversations. Recent chainsaw repair – I noticed a different atmosphere when bringing my chainsaw in for repairs. I didn't alway like the service, however this time they seemed different. I heard that the ownership has changed. It seems like a step in the right direction.
AWESOME!!! – I brought my mower into another repair facility. After many weeks, they could not repair the problem. South Side found the problem within a couple of days and repaired it! I was ready to buy a new mower. Mine is working great! Thanks South Side
