My 84 year old mother went there to sell her car. They kept her waiting for 7 hours, no food, no assistance. They told her she should spend $400 to flush the airconditioning fluid and tune up the car. Which she did. This is not a good way to treat a human being. They were disrespectful and unkind.
Went to South Shore Hyundai in late April considering buying a Sante Fe. Had a good experience with the salesman and handed in a coupon for a $50 gift card for taking a test ride. Ultimately decided to buy the car at another dealership but asked that South Shore make good on their offer.
