If I could give it zero stars I would. My mother's navigation system stopped working. It took her three weeks to get an appointment. Then the kept the car for four days, just to tell her they needed to install a new SD card. Two weeks later she went back for the card and they told her it did not work, and she needs a whole new radio system. Three weeks later, they cancelled her new appointment and told her to come back in September. This place is the worst! Never buy a Hyundai!!!
Car under warranty. They had my car 3 weeks. Told me they were waiting for approval but i found out they did not contact the issuer of the warrantee until i contacted the warranty company myself. They lied and told me they contacted the warranty company every 2 days. This is the worst-case of incompetence i have ever experienced. From the receptionist to the service manager. Purchased a new 2021 Hyundai Kona and paid cash but dealer put Hyundai finance as a lien holder on the title. Have been to dealership over 10 times about resolving this issue but dealership refuses to help resolve this problem. I can not sell or trade in this car with a lien holder Hyundai finance . Dealer refuses to help fix this problem! Can you help.
Leased a 2021 G 80 on April 13th at that time there where no Loyalty program given.Went on South Shore Genesis website to find out 60 days later a 1,000 Loyalty program was being offered,I called and asked if I could receive the 1,000 for being a loyal customer for 25 years and bought /leased 13 cars from them after many calls to Genesis Finance and dealer the bottom line is the one who can make good on program is the dealer there answer was no so much for being a loyal customer so much for taking care of your customers.
Recently I purchased my leased car through South Shore Hyundai. I did not get good deal from them at all with compare to other dealer. Also, their dealings were so unprofessional. I am a professional businesswoman who has had the worst experience with this dealership. 7 weeks ago I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle. Today I had an 11 appointment and it is 12:41 and I am no where. During that 7 weeks they did give me a loaner but would not respond to me about timing for pick up.
