When I walk into this hospital, I feel like it’s a family that works there. They all greet me by name and in today’s times, this is so important. My animals are my babies, my whole world, and I would not accept anything less for their treatment. Every staff member is loving and sweet. Dr. Dawson is so personable, helpful, and knowledgeable, and gets on the floor with our scared beagle. I grade businesses on how people answer the phones and greet me when I walk into this hospital. I have always been extremely pleased with the care of my pets with South Shore. They really care about my babies and I have been going there for 30 years. I totally trust them to take the best care for my pets. Vet Brian Dawson and each vet tech are extremely knowledgeable and give the best care as well as everyone who works there. They are very compassionate when I have lost my babies and take time with me to comfort me. Kudo's to South Shore!
New to the area and needed a vet for my dog Bella. The veterinarian and staff are totally awesome. After having a bad experience with my previous vet office, I was very anxious about finding a new vet. They treated both of us with such kindness. They are professional and thorough. Great staff & Dr. So wonderful with animals & answered all out questions. Charlotte is doing great. She will be Charlotte's Web for Halloween, wearing a light weight spider on a headband around her neck.
