My sweetheart Molly was diagnosed with a sebaceous cyst and sent home with operating details and as we felt none emergency we waited till the following week. The Dr. even detailed it as a like an orange with all the fibers and everything needing to be removed! A sebaceous cyst is not life threatening but it was growing at a rapid pace so we called to get it removed and that took another week to get her in on a surgery day! The staff is always very friendly, and they do so well with our dog. He actually likes going there, in fact. Dr. Dawson is awesome! He and the techs are always super informative and thorough and answer all of our questions. We will always go to South Shore Animal Hospital for our pets.
We had a great experience here! The doctor was very thorough and took great care of my dog. They even followed up with me after a few days to see how she was doing which I really appreciated!
Dr. Dawson and the entire staff at South Shore are amazing. Every time we interact with them they are always caring and go the extra mile to take care of our pets. I am so grateful to have been seeing them for the past couple years.
