I have used this vet for a few years and could not be any happier with them. I have 7 pets, so vet trips are pretty frequent. I have never had a bad experience. The whole staff is wonderful. They are genuinely compassionate and care about your pets.
I would rate less if I could.
Very disappointing! We have a place Houghton Lake and need a vet to look at a dog bite wound. I called for a same day appointment. Although they have same day appointments, it’s only for current customers. Very short sighted since I live in the area and will need a regular vet. I will use another company who provides better service.
Just wanted to write a huge shout out to the staff! They helped our family through a very difficult time with one of our pets. The compassion and care they took went above and beyond! Thank you!
