We love having Sandy as our dental assistant. She is great and always explains what is going to happen during the appointment. Dr. Ryan Schafer is pretty cool too!
Excellent care. Dr. Steve and his staff always are courteous, helpful and thorough.
I've been going to this practice for over 10 years. They are very professional and polite. They will accommodate you if your nervous with going to the dentist. They treat you like family. Outstanding Service!!! First class service from my hygenist and then Dr Shaffer came in to finish off the wonderful experience. My mouth has never been in better shape. I didn't see the other dentist but I heard he is really good too! Five stars!

Everyone is always very professional and courteous. They gently explain what I need and never make me feel demeaned when explaining a better procedure to help me achieve better oral hygiene. Sandy and Dr. Steve are wonderful caring professionals.
A dentists office. Those words have always sent chills down my spine. My experience with South Ridge Dental has had it moments. None of the bad moments were caused by South Ridge though. I am a cancer survivor and had to have a fair amount of dental work done before I could start my cancer treatments. The Doctors and their staff are fantastic. Jackie is wonderful. She is so friendly and so professional. Always has a smile, asks how I am doing, and wants to know about my family. She always tells me what she is going to do before she does it and that's the way I prefer the work to be done. Dr. Ryan is professional and gives me the information I need.
