My experience was painless and my appointment was on time and felt like my teeth were nice and clean. Everything was explained to me as procedures were done.

I have been going to South Ridge Dental for years and have nothing but praise for Dr.Shafer and staff. I use to have a fear of denists and very high anxiety when i had to go for a appoinment. I can honestly say i feel confident and relaxed when i see the wonderful staff.
I have had extensive dental work extending over the last few months. At no time was I in unusually severe pain or felt any discomfort during the procedures performed. Dr. Steven Sheffer was very professional, considerate and valued my time to make the most of every appointment. I have been to other dentists but Dr. Sheffer provided the best overall experience by far! No need to fear going to the dentist in Dr. Sheffer's case!!
