First I would like to say that the improvements you made on the property are great. as I seen on your website you have done great improvement inside of the apartments. as one of your new tenant at the beginning under the new management. I understand it take time to improve on each apartment . but I am going on 4 years here with this management. and usually when you renew your lease in other places you get an incentive to stay. I have asked for a new tile floor. I see all the new apartments get new cabinets. new appliances. A... read more
Over the last 3 years since I have been here there has been a lot of improvements. The pool is nice and clean. Also, they hired a new landscape company and since then the grass areas are nicer!
In 4 years seen a lot change for the better. Pool was recently renovated and is always clean in my opinion. Area has cleaned up over the years as well. Staff always greets you with a smile, makes living there special and worth while
