It a nice location for one and two bedroom complex. Close to schools, i-4 and Obt which is lively strip that always has places to buy and to eat and your close to the Florida Mall big plus . I like the staff and maintenance workers there always on point when it comes to informing me with any changes and fixing anything that need to be fix lately they have been remodeling the place and its becoming more upscale area but the rent is still low which is awesome cause it helps me save + + overall I'll definitely recommend it to o... read more
Such a wonderful place to stay, I lived here for about two years! The staff was always so friendly and willing to help. Office hours were great and the pool always looked clean and refreshing. Next to school, the mall, and other convenient locations. Maintenance was always there to help quickly and efficiently
I lived here for a little over a year. It was great! I never had a problem with the noise level. My apartment was right next to the laundry mat. The staff was quick and courteous. If you are looking for somewhere In Orlando to stay, this would be the place.
Awesome place to live, it's affordable and the neighborhood safe thanks to the great staff that manage the property. I love it!
