It's a wonderful place to live the management team has done a excellent Job to keep this place top notch and a safe environment for anyone to live, not to mention the people who are at the office they are so loving and friendly, I really mean that, they are very amazing to work with. You will have no problem living here it's a great place to live!!�
It's an excellent place to live. Great community, And very affordable ! There's a school that's only a walking distance from there. Everything is supper close like Florida mall, millenia mall, and manny more. The employees are excellent, and very welcoming. Over all I'm glad that I choose this apartment complex when I was on a hunt for apartments.
Very affordable apartments with friendly staff. I love it all the new upgrades made! Definitely staying for a while

I am sorry to say I've been a resident for this complex for over seven years. sorry to say they have no regards for the tenants they have them there they bought the property. I could understand if I was someone new moving in they were asked for what they want for their apartments. So now that the property value has gone out they expect people they have been living there for over seven years. To take a rent increase of ridiculous proportion get to make up for their market value. Without providing any upgrades to the apartment... read more

Pool always closed and I've lived here for quite some time now.washers alwaysss messed up in laundry room,my rent check has been stolen from main office before,maintenance comes in your apt. Whether. You are home or not as well as pest control,they barely have spent any money to fix place up,not even playground for the many many kids that live here,people all in this apt.
