We negotiated a price with the salesman, Troy. We told him we were going to go look at another vehicle and discuss the offer and told him we would be back. We hadn’t been gone 30 minutes and we got a phone call from the used car sales manager, Ryan Schleif, saying that he was selling the car to corporate for $1400 more. Meaning they are putting it on another lot owned by the same company instead of selling it to a customer. Very poor customer service!
Got me a new CRV after 15 years
Paul, one of the service advisors rocks! Always easy to work with, keeps me informed about how long the service will take and let me know which services I should plan for over the next few years when my car hits 100,000.
I was on South Pointe Honda's website in chat mode with one of their people trying to get some information and she didn't have what I needed in front of her so she took my information and said that someone in service would get back with me. I didn't hear anything back during the day so I went back to the website and clicked on the contact us thing. It took me to the place to send them an e-mail, so I did. Still haven't heard anything from them. Great customer service, I think not!

I’m giving South Point Honda 4 stars. I purchased a truck priced at a great price. The 4 stars go mainly because of, salesman Tim Sterrenberg. He was very friendly and helpful. Tim Sterrenberg is one of the best and also nicest Salesman I ever had the pleasure to deal with. I recommend Tim with South Pointe Honda to anyone. However I did not give 5 stars due to Used car manager at the time, after some negotiating issues, he never spoke to me again.
