I had a wonderful experience buying my 2018 Honda Accord sport! I drove all the way from Joplin and ROY HINKLE met me outside at the curb. For him it was an easy sell, because I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. He helped me with my trade in. A few days after getting the car home I noticed a small chip in the paint. My wife took our older Odyssey in for some maintenance. My son had just received his drivers license and the service team made a huge deal over him getting his license and asking him where he was going to school, etc. Not only do they do a terrific job and doing what they say they’re going to do at a very reasonable cost and timeframe, they make it a very personal experience. They are one of the best dealer service departments that I have ever seen. Kudos to the whole service team @southpointehonda!
Generally speaking, car shopping is in the top 3 things that I despise doing the most. But Charlie is amazing!! He sold us a Civic last year and it was actually a great experience. When we were in a car accident earlier this week and found out the car was a total loss, we knew exactly where we were going and who we wanted to deal with. Thank you Charlie and everyone at South Pointe for making this very unplanned purchase another great experience.
