I always get 5� service @ SouthPointe HONDA! In for an oil change. Patrick & the mechanics were thorough and explained their findings to me in layman's terms (which included a nail in my tire, explaining the slow leak I'd been experiencing but couldn't self-diagnose as it wasn't visible). The lounge is very comfortable, hot fancy coffees, bottled water and pastries available to make your wait tolerable. Or use the complimentary shuttle! All staff friendly/knowledgeable!
Everyone from the sales staff, manager, and closing people treated me, a woman, with complete respect and integrity!! How refreshing!! Happy with my purchase price and all details of transaction! AND, get this, they filled the tank up with gas with out my asking! Was surprised to find that out as I drove off in the pouring rain!! Thank you South Pointe Honda, Ryan, Jonathan & entire staff!!!

I bought a used Honda Element from SPH in January. Will, the salesman was kind. Four days later the car wouldn’t start. I texted Will the first and second time. I called the dealership and John answered as Will was on leave. He said to bring the car to Tulsa and they would fix it and give me a loaner car. Purchased a used vehicle from them and was told everything worked properly. Upon having the vehicle shipped to me and driving it for 2 days I tried to play a dvd and it would not work.
