The second vehicle I purchased from this company needs servicing. I went up there and waited. and the part they were replacing broke. They told me that they would be in contact with me when they had a loaner vehicle available so that I wouldn't have to spend more time up there. Needless to say, that's never happened. I've had the worst experience with the service men and managers, and definitely will not consider South Pointe again when we add two teenage drivers next year and need to purchase another vehicle.

Staff was friendly and helpful , but they said I didn’t have a lock tool for my tire rotation . When I got in my vehicle , it was in the glove box . Other than that I would recommend the dealership .

We had a great experience at South Point. Rowdy, Frankie, and Chris were all great to work with. They have a large selection of pickups. I found the truck I wanted and I got an amazing deal. I would highly recommend giving them a shot to earn your business!
Had a great experience here! Staff were all fun and friendly, joked around and everyone greeted us - felt like friends, great conversations while waiting for financing to process (no awkward waiting). We were able to test drive the day we went and found the perfect car with amazing deals! They were quick too! Some places will take all day to get you processed but we were there maybe 3-4 hours for the entire process.
