Checking out tomorrow had a great first week and half only the past 3 day have me and my group have had problem with our floor smelling of canabis. We have complained everyday but have told us they will send security up to the room we believe have been smoking (on a NONE SMOKING floor) only to be told they can't do anything because they have to catch the people smoking the canabis, even when there is a atrong smell coming from that room . Then offered us to move rooms on our last night... WHY should we move when we shouldn't... read more

The Hotel is very nice! The rooms are very clean. It would be nice to to have a makeup mirror and/or better lighting in the bathroom sink area. We were there for the bowling tournaments and were given a special rate for the room. I just feel that the rates were still high. We were there for 12 nights and would have stayed longer to watch the finals, but felt that we needed to leave early to save some money. We have stayed at South Point 4 or 5 different times and in that time the rates have doubled.

South Point continues to maintain its newness over the years that I have stayed. Prompt service, clean casino floor, clean rooms, clean hallways., Enjoyed a great dinner at Michael's with excellent service, presentation, and the food was Great!

Wonderful experience every time. Staff is amazing, horse facilities are great, the pool and food are great too. The only thing they could do is turn the air conditioning up in casino. Otherwise perfect.

Been there lots of times with our bowling leagues! Haven't ever got comps of any kind like the other Vegas hotels!

I love Southpoint. They have Chicago style hot dogs for $1.25, and $4.00 senior movies. The senior movie price is Monday through Friday and not just one day a week like all other casinos have. Another great is they treat veterans AND a guest to a free buffet on Veterans day and Memorial day. I don't know of any other place that treats our veterans on Memorial day and definitely no other place treats your guest too. It's so nice to have my wife included in this with me.
