we have been coming to the South Point Hotel since it opened, I can't think of anything that I don't love. the rooms are great, I love that there is so much to do that you never have to leave and all of the staff are wonderful, going back for Super bowl and can't wait.

This casino lacks some of my favorite slots, the margarita was apparently a glass of sweet-and-sour, we recieved nothing from the players club, and while i was introducing SP to a friend who's new to town, we did not win at all. We were both very disappointed!

First time staying at South Point and I will definitely stay there again. Pleasant staff and nice and clean rooms.

If you’re thinking about hosting an event here, look somewhere else. When working with the hotel conference team, they do not provide a solution and tends to argue with the customer; they are very inconsistent with communication and I cannot express the poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior.

The only major complaint I had with last week's 4 night stay was the second hand smoke. It was awful. Of course, it is awful in most of the Vegas casinos. Las Vegas should make all establishments smoke free. Otherwise, our room was comfortable and large. The Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool was wonderful. We love bingo and we both won. Love the restaurant choices they have. Our favorite is Primarily Prime Rib, great food, service, and prices. Staff throughout casino very pleasant. Wish we didn't live opposite side of town , could frequent more often. Best equestrian arena around.
