The beds are hard. The shower is nice. The Del Mar Deli sucks when it comes to Customer Service. I stood there for almost 20 min watching these people "service" guest with, "here you go." No smile, have a good night, enjoy, thank you. When I talked to Javier the manager his response, " Oh, we are busy. They had continuous guest but no huge line. Plus when spending $15 for medicore chicken strips, ff and a drink the least you could do is smile and have a nice exit saying. Thank you

We didn’t stay at the hotel. We went for the craft show. The craft show sucked!!! There were more people selling windows,doors and hot tubs then crafts. Santa and Mrs. Claus were nasty looking. We won’t be going back.

The hotels refusal to remove up to $45 in room charges after staying 5 days, eating, going to the movies onsite, playing Bingo, Stephanie having alcoholic drinks, and losing several hundred dollars in the casino was very disappointing. What made it worst was we where celebrating our 1st anniversary and the romantic room service meal we ordered wasn't delivered until 8 hours later. This place is amazing. We had a wonderful vacation. We for sure will come back. Great location out a wee bit from the Strip. Entertainment was great . Casino was clean restaurant were good and prices were reasonable

My first time there. It was great! Talk bout room it’s big. It was fun and crazy I met some new people there. The staff people were very nice and friendly and that’s what I like. We did take in the Rodeo one evening. But We were there because my Daughter and her Husband are Marathon Runners. So i’m Coming back next year or sooner. Question: What do you have to offer for Marathon Runners? And thank you for the stay, I just loved it.!!!!!! Food was great!!!!!

Upset they took out our favorite Buffalp Grand slot machines!! Well I guess The M Resort is where we will go now to play that slot.
