Excellent hotel although it's not near the strip. Its rooms are excellent and very clean. The restaurants are very good and the price too. Everything in this hotel is very good. I recommend it.

A very good place to stay. If you love relaxing . You really don't have to leave the hotel for anything. Thumbs up

It was our second stay at this hotel just like coming home what a beautiful place to stay and perfect for being not too far from the strip but that down time away from it fab staff! Fab pool! Fab bingo! Fab places to eat! Couldn't ask for a better stay and I'm sure we be back for our third stay very soon!!!

It's a Beautiful place and you have good a Customer Service from the waitress serving drink so Keep up the good work and see everyone next year

Due to really poor customer service specifically from Erica who is the assistant manager. This will be the first and last time I'll stay at this resort. She doesn't know how to do her job, she's rude and doesn't care. Will be boycotting this place for sure and I recommend everyone does the same.

Assistant manager (erica) very rude, extremely horrible attitude and doesn't know what good customer service is. Kept interrupting me while I was explaining to her how my package looks like. She put ZERO effort helping me find it and HOURS later talking security, registration and manager, the manager found my package (WITH MY NAME STAPLED TO IT) in the SAME ROOM AS ERICA!! She tried to blame me for not giving her more detail...wow NEVER going here again unless she is fired..(can't believe she's an assistant manager). Ruined ... read more
