Southpoint's shuttle is not good. First off you have to have a reservation. Then if you are 1 minute late they leave without you. Being that this casino is not on the strip they should be more accomodating of their guests. If you want to go down to the strip you have to pay 8.50 for a round trip. I will not stay here again.

Wifi is non existent..unless you go to the sports parlor....staff is not helpful....Coronado cafe is Super...good good and the staff is great....

Staff was friendly but room was horrible. Sink and tub were backed up the entire stay. Room smelled musty. They kept sending maintenance but issues kept happening. Spoke to front desk several times and all they wanted to do was send maintenance again. Was promised it would be "taken care of" on check out but it wasn't. Still waiting for a call back from the director that I was promised 2 days ago. If I had transportation I would have checked out after the first night.

This Is a great place to stay and play Slots are very friendly, people are nice, everything was great, I'll be back.

Bingo ladies are amazing and John the barber was awesome!
