I had been looking for at bikes for a while and John Payne showed me several. He knew what and what would fit me size and money wise. He showed me some on the show room floor that didn’t have quite what I was looking for. He said hey lets go out back. He pulled out this Suzuki Boulevard told me to take a ride. Chris Anderson found us a perfect car! Exactly what we were looking for - newer - low miles--great gas milage-/ great finance staff, did most of the transaction by email- so picking up and signing for the car took less than 1-hour. They even got me a bank loan under 2%-- way better than my personal credit union! Thanks Chris.
My son bought a truck from them. He was a first time buyer and check engine light cane on about a week later. He was assured they would take care of it. $3,000 later he was told there was nothing they could do for him. When he mentioned that they said they would take care of it he was told their mechanics aren't mechanics but only technicians, nice after spending 3 grand for their technicians to fix his truck.
