My wife and I went in motorcycle shopping. I was very impressed with the inventory, and the attention we received, but at the same time no pressure . They helped us find the right bike for us , the next day we bought it, it was the quickest , smoothest purchase I have ever experienced . On my way home on the bike, I blew a fuse on the headlight. They had me come back to the dealership after closing , and the guys got it all fixed for me. I highly recommend them , and will definately be going back.
Great experience from start to finish. Chris Larsen was great and answered any questions or concerns we had. Would recommend to friends for sure.
Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. My sales rep, Aaron, stayed late, worked his butt off, and when it looked like there was no way to get it done, he and his manager pulled it all through. I love my new bike, and I was blown away by their selection. Check em out, their prices are great, and they offer a great warranty on some of the bikes, too!
Matt went out of his way today, not for a sale but to help out a local in need of help. I put out a message on Facebook after my ignition switch locked up with me in an area parking lot taking up a handicap spot (yes, legally. I just didn't want to keep the spot when others might need it). Matt responded with his number and asked me to call. When I did, he walked through some troubleshooting with me, then consulted his mechanics and sent out a lot attendant with a can of silicone lubricant in the hopes it would help. It did!... read more
My husband and I just bought an 07 Harley from South Pacific Auto Sales. My husband started the process over the phone with Aron and he got everything set up for us. If he did not know the answer to our questions he found someone who did. A great experience and well worth the 11 hour round trip.
Bought a rig from them, under the impression everything was working and in good shape, (high value pickup), not even a tank into having it the clutch went out and they would not pay to get it fixed. Also my dash was broken when bought it, they said they would put a new dash in only took them a couple months to get it in and they finally put it in and I pick it up and it is a used dash with different coloring that they cut it out to fit my old dash and it does not look good.
