This is by far the WORST customer service I've ever received ANYWHERE. My fiancé and I went in to look for a truck for him. We found one he was interested in and talked about trading in his old one. He has never had any issues with his old one and the man "helping" us (Saul) and his manager went to test drive it and then TEXTED my fiancé that his truck broke down and they don't know what's wrong with it. I just bought a Toyota Matrix a couple of days ago from Ryan and Kelly. They were amazing. I wasn't very clear with what i wanted but with the stuff i said they were happy to show me a lot of vehicles. I was never pressured into getting one or another. I had a lot of questions for each one. They were able to answer everything i asked. I have bought from them in the past and if i ever need to get my car replaced i will look at this place again. Thank you South Pacific for being there for me when i needed a car.
Had a great experience here before after and during the sale. Mark took great care of us finding the very specific truck I wanted. John was a pleasure in finance, and after the sale the little problems we did have were handled beyond expectations by Ryan and Matt. Highly recommend them all.
These guys are a joke they wanted $2000 over excellent condition Blue Book for a Jeep Commander with a broken outside mirror and broken radio navigation system and then expected my sister in law to just bend over backwards for them. This is the worst lot that I visited today and I was all over Salem Albany and Lebanon
