It took 3 months to get the copay bill in the mail, and when I called and said I have a charge on my credit card for that day and amount, instead of saying that charge was for some supplements we sold you for a similar amount, The Billing manager told me they didn't receive any money from me that day and that I "must be confusing them with another business".
