i cannot even give a star. The personnel in the detox unit are not reliable, are rude. Especially this kid who is so rude and should be working there. i will make sure I proceed with a thorough investigation of how I was treated. Emotional abuse
If you are considering going here for outpatient mental health services, just don't. Seems the staff should all seek psychiatric help themselves. I had 2 financial misunderstandings with this place. One I *accidentally* missed my appointment. I go once a month for over a year- missed ONE appointment and the woman I spoke to was so nasty about it for absolutely no reason.
