Shriver is a terrible company to even sign a lease with. I regret every bit of it. They are hypocritical. They have told me I can not have pets yet one of their employees (office manger) had many dogs and cat. Also other tenants have been able to sign leases that allow THEM to have pets. Their apartments (including the "remodled" one that I am in) are terrible. Their paint is chipping off of the walls, the molding is not even attached properly to the walls and the thermostats are never working correctly. The floors are also ... read more
