The South Hall Veterinary Hospital gave our dog such great care! We are from Miami, Florida and evacuated due to Hurricane Irma after our dog had just had surgery. His wound was not looking well and we headed to the nearest veterinarian. Upon arriving to South Hall we were greeted by such a warm staff and veterinarian. Our dog was treated immediately with great care. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

Quick service. Knowledgeable staff. Convenient location to me. Have seen both Dr. Townsend and Dr. Dennis, though Dr. Townsend was the first vet we saw 23 years ago for our baby Erté. Happy that I can bring my Moosie to her practice still.
Worst customer service ever! The owner was beyond rude and disrespectful after they completely ruined my dog's haircut. The owner told me I just needed to go somewhere else and never apologized for their mistake. When you go and drop off your little one and trust a complete stranger that they will take a good care of them you expect nothing less. I was told to come in first thing in the morning to give instructions about the haircut since it was our first time there. They took notes and did the opposite of that. I understand... read more
Most knowledgeable, skilled Vet. If you want the Best this is it! Travel from out of state so my animals can see Dr. Townsend. Dr. Dennis too!
