I recently moved to Oakwood from Braselton and I took my boxer today to South Hall Vet , Everyone there from the minute I walked in was so nice. They knew that my boxer and I both were nervous to have her teeth cleaned and they all made me feel so comfortable. Dr Laura was awesome she called me when she was finished with Bella and really filled me in on her health. They took great care of her. I am definitely going to transfer my files from my current vet to south Hall. Great experience!
The entire staff is always so nice and helpful, they take time to explain things in detail, even when I am being an over paranoid pug mommy, they are always so sweet. My MuShu actually gets excited to go see them when I tell her "you're gonna go see your friends" she "wags" her little curly tail and runs to her hook where her harness is. I always recommend them to family and friends, so glad we found SHVH!
Just took our six month old Maltese there today as we searched for a vet and groomer. I was very pleased with their customer service and the vet . Went back to pick the Baby up and she looked beautiful had tried two others for grooming and was not happy with the results
Awful customer service. Dr. Townshend talked down to me like i was stupid and disregarded everything i was trying to tell her. Dont take your pets here!
The staff there is amazing and caring. They were wonderful to me when I lost my 14 year old Chopper. I got a new puppy and she got sick and they worked me in quickly and took wonderful care of us.
My wife and I went to this establishment today after our 15 year old Miniature Schnauzer woke up today lethargic, unresponsive and emetic. We were recommended here by two of my colleagues at work. I have never experienced such a total disregard for not only our pet/family member but our feelings as well! We are new to the Gainesville area and love it here... I hope that this particular establishment either improves or goes bankrupt!
