My condo building used South Florida Property Owners, LLC to conduct an audit, as many of the owners suspected that the Board of Directors was mismanaging and misappropriating funds. They did an AMAZING job in identifying areas where potential fraud was taking place. This review saved us millions of dollars. This report was the basis for a lawsuit in which we are demanding restitution for all missing funds. Thanks, South Florida Property Owners!!!

Staff was always very nice; however, we paid the initial installment upfront and a second retrieval was never done properly. We never got any answers to our questions or at least an investigation as to what happened with the condo's financials. No follow-up, no conclusion.
