Living in a corrupt condo dictatorship where the board and property manager bully owners and withhold financial records was a nightmare. South Florida Property Owners Consulting was a lifesaver! Their team was professional, efficient, and knew exactly how to handle the situation. They obtained the records I couldn’t access and uncovered legal violations along the way. If you’re dealing with uncooperative or abusive management, I highly recommend them. They deliver results and hold those in power accountable!

My condo building used South Florida Property Owners, LLC to conduct an audit, as many of the owners suspected that the Board of Directors was mismanaging and misappropriating funds. They did an AMAZING job in identifying areas where potential fraud was taking place. This review saved us millions of dollars. This report was the basis for a lawsuit in which we are demanding restitution for all missing funds. Thanks, South Florida Property Owners!!!

Staff was always very nice; however, we paid the initial installment upfront and a second retrieval was never done properly. We never got any answers to our questions or at least an investigation as to what happened with the condo's financials. No follow-up, no conclusion.
