After reading the 2 negative reviews about the front office, I now understand the importance of giving reviews for good experiences. Dr Burns front office personnel is very professional, friendly, kind, accommodating and efficient. Front offices make or break your business in my option. You can always get an appointment when needed with Dr. Burns and he is gentle and kind. His vioce is very soothing and not intimidating to kids. We love Dr Burns. I wish he could see adults. He's direct and doesn't waste time. Calls me right back when ever I have a question. Talks to each child in a respectful manner and and remembers each child as an individual. Explains to me plans of treatment and all our options but doesn't pressure us to choose one plan or another. Actually understands G6PD Deficiency. And getting referrals and written diagnosis is a breeze! The visit went fine but the billing is basically fraudulent. They billed me for a 45 min visit when it was 10 min. I've called about the discrepancy but they refuse to correct it. I've reached out to my insurance and they are submitting it to the fraud dept to investigate.
