While the doctors are nice the staff are awful. Nobody ever picks up the phone even during office hours and they’ve got so many people in front it’s so stupid I think i’m going to change providers soon at this rate
Truly believe the comments when they say they never answer the phone because it's true! This place has you on the phone ringing for over 10 minutes and it just send you to a voicemail. It got to a point where I had 3 phones calling at once to see if one wouldn't go to voicemail and they all were placed in a call waiting queue regardless sent to voicemail!!! I have never seen anything like this before and in person there's over 5 people in the front staff, so I don't understand the reason to not answer the phone.
Dr. Marlenny Feliz-Cruz and her staff in the University Drive Office (especially Judith and Cindy) are very helpful. Their approach is swift and efficient service. My husband and I are happy to drive for 1.5 hours for our appointments!

Pembroke Pines Office I have been with this office for many years. Lately, I have tried calling this office on a few occasions, No one answers the phone. I drove to the office (30mins) just to take care of my issue. Explained to the receptionist, “no one answers the phone;” looks me in the eye; ignored my comment and continued. RUDE!
