Great staff! Always have a great expression with them. Very friendly and helpful.
I had a terrible experience with this office. I tried calling eight times and was repeatedly sent to a long automated voice message. No one answered, and the call would eventually hang up. When I had my office visit no one greeted me, and the environment felt unwelcoming. The female doctor did not listen to my concerns, completely disregarded what I was saying, and seemed to be in a rush to get me out of the room. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Unprofessional doctors and staff. No idea what they r doing. Do not go to this office. Doctors suck and staff is rude and untrained
Horrible doctors, they have pa's and nurse practioners who r clueless. The doctors are uncaring. Late to their own appointments. The staff is unprofessional and rude Every office is just as worse as the last one. I've been to all four offices, and they are horrible. I really thought that the bad reviews were lying.But they're not. Don't waste your time because then they will also bill you for a follow up on your lab results that should be free with your insurance. Go to another doctor that won't rob you
My only issue at the Pembroke Pines office is the front desk workers, you call for a referral and put on a queue and goes from 3,2,1 and 15 seconds later to a message and wait for a response that will never happen and I called 7 times that I had to drive 20 miles there to get it .
