I had one of the worst experiences ever with South End Plumbing. Their service was a complete mess — the technician had no idea what he was doing, gave the wrong diagnosis, and still charged full price. On top of that, we are now being overcharged and have been receiving unwarranted invoices for services that were never approved or properly explained.
