Tom showed up at my house to discuss a quote and was completely rude and simply walked away without any discussion. Please do not hire this company that level of customer service is not expected at McDonalds let alone someone that is preparing to do thousands of dollars worth of work. Thank God we didn’t sign any paperwork! If this company is rude when trying to attain work I can’t imagine how they would treat you after you give them work. Complete disappointment!

They were able to come within a couple of hours of my call and did the job quickly, efficiently and at a good price. The plumber was friendly and pleasant. Now in my address book for future jobs.
