Insanely overpriced and variable delivery times for orders.
Outstanding - the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had. The customer service was superb from start to finish. This included the front desk staff, vision technician, eye doctor, and the eye glasses sales person who not only repaired my current glasses but patiently walked me through the many options of my new lenses and frames. Thatnk you so much to all!

I got a contact and lens exam here and the exam went fine, although the wait for my appointment was about 40 minutes. But when I came back for my contact fitting I was told it would take an hour maximum, so I took that amount of time off of work. Turns out I waited 75 minutes after checking in for my appointment. I had to reschedule and the earliest they had was a week out. The next time I come in for my appointment I was 11 minutes late and was told I would have to reschedule, even though there was only 1 other person waiti... read more
