RecommendedI never really used the internet to make commercial purchases until I needed to search for a good ceramic tile distributor and found South Cypress. I can't say enough good things about the service they provide from quotation to shipping.They are first class all the way! I call Brandon White for pricing on any ceramic material we may have gotten a call for and he never fails to service my needs in a very expedient manner. I used to call several different companies to get response but now just make one call to South Cypress.
I purchased a mosaic tile from South Cypress that I was having difficulty finding. The price was great and the customer service was excellent. They sent email updates for every step in the process. They shipped my product to Texas and it was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company. I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely use them again.
Ordering from this company has been nothing but a huge headache. Nothing has gone right. We were notified that our first order (bathroom floor tile) placed at the beginning of July was back ordered until mid August. We liked their tile so we thought we'd give them another try and ordered the bathtub subway tile. It couldn't be delivered to our home even though it didn't mention that on the website so I had to drive 30 minutes to the FedEx freight center, wait 30 minutes, and drive 30 minutes home. Had the tile in the color and size I wanted, which I was struggling to find elsewhere. Customer service is outstanding, the sample was shipped very quickly and when I had a minor issue with placing the order, they were incredibly quick to respond and resolve my issue. Very much looking forward to getting my tile and will certainly post pictures once the bathroom is done.
