Absolutely disgusting staff here!! They all need to be fired!!
I assist someone who needs service here and let me tell you Redwood City lol ocation on Brewster is the worst of the behavioral clinic sites. There is only a handful of sane & competent mental health staff who indeed appear to need counseling/and/or treatment themselves. There needs to be an investigation to weed out the deadbeat waste of county payroll.
Great mental health facility. They go the extra mile for their clients.
Nobody is ever there to set up appointments when i call. they always want me to leave a voicemail and dont call back. When they do answer the phone the lady has a very bad attitude.
If you need serious help like housing , they're absolutely useless. My " favorite " quote from my ex- case manager , " My favorite client is a client who doesn't want anything .
