I recently purchase a 2019 InfinitiQX80 , Eric Rayle was my sales agent I handled all my approval through my bank so I made there job easy . I was not told that my vehicle didn’t have car mats (200.00 out of pocket cost ) And second key another 200.00 out of pocket was not included in which I asked for it mind you this is a 2019 which it should have these items. Too too it off Eric was very arrogate and rude to me. Unfortunately I would not recommend doing business with this company beware .
Do NOT buy a car from these people - they are CROOKS! They force you to purchase an extended warranty and then when you go to cancel it, the warranty company will send the refund check back to the dealership, the dealership cashes the check and never returns the money to either you or the finance company - they STEAL the money. I had to file a police report and I am going to sue them. They are liars as well - tell you that the check has been mailed, it is being mailed from a different office - total liars. Always great service. Being able to drop off as early as 7a and pick up as late as 9p is really something I’m thankful for. I know service can take longer then sometimes expected and I always try to be understanding but these guys have been really helpful in the time that has happened.
