I went to dealer to fill up a form for a warranty reimbursement on 04/09/22 due to a car that I purchased there which was involved in an accident and was a total loss. I filled up all the paperwork and was told that I would receive my reimbursement check in about 4-6 weeks. After not receiving check I contacted dealer to find out status. ******* AND **** sold me a lemon car on July 2021. I gave a ****** dollar down payment so I was in the process with an attorney, but ******* offered to fix the issue by buying that car back. **** assured me the ****** were going to be refunded as that money did not belong to them. I only had that lemon car for a few weeks. Now they are denying ever saying my ****** was going to be given back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! they only know how to make bad deals.
I don't know where to start. Trying to buy a car from them, out of state. We did all the heavy lifting, secured a loan even had someone local test drive it for us. The dealership has extremely bad customer service. Very rude and unresponsive. When it came time to get the deal done, James sent us forms specifically stating that the car was damaged prior to them getting it (carfax states no damage) and that the odometer is inaccurate and more statements of this nature. First off i purchased a Subaru WRX AND traded in a 2015 Q50 in Sept 2020. My experience with the employees at this location were very disappointing. Ive never bought a car and felt regret as soon as i left the lot. One of the main things that when i bought the new car, the car was not even washed when i drove it off the lot so the car had a distinct used smell which obviously wasn't a pleasant smell to drive off with. ASK FOR PATRICK TRAN. I had a great car buying experience here. The salesman (Patrick Tran) who dealt with me sincerely fought to get the overall and monthly price I wanted. If you're looking to get a Mitsubishi, I would strongly recommend that you checkout South Coast Mitsubishi.

Do NOT buy a car from these people - they are CROOKS! They force you to purchase an extended warranty and then when you go to cancel it, the warranty company will send the refund check back to the dealership, the dealership cashes the check and never returns the money to either you or the finance company - they STEAL the money. I had to file a police report and I am going to sue them. They are liars as well - tell you that the check has been mailed, it is being mailed from a different office - total liars.
