I was visiting from out of town to watch the Panthers play. I had a flat tire and the guys at South Charlotte Hyundai were great. I felt like i had been a customer for life. Not only they change the service department entire crew every three months, but they do not train the new ones. They run around like a chicken without a head, not knowing what to do, they do not honor the price quote, they cannot tell you a straight story, and so on and so on... To top it all, they look at you with a sarcastic smile, like saying "you are an idiot for coming here" No wonder Hyundai has changed dealership about three or four times in the last four years...
Women Beware! This service department will try to take you and say you need useless repairs.
