I purchased an Ionic 6 on 10/12/23 then I went to charge it for a long trip my family and I planned on 10/15/23. The range for the vehicle Im supposed to get is in the 300. I am getting 234 on a full charge. The heads up display also blinks on and off. I sent emails and took pictures of to show proof. It took 2 months for the dealership to repair my car. There was a lack of communication, and they were extremely unorganized. We spent an exorbitant amount of hours having to follow up with them and get information.
Buyers Beware.!!!!! I went in to trade my vehicle in but unfortunately I had too much roller over.. So I was going to leave until this sales manager named ****** came over to me. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership on April 18, 2023. 6 months later the vehicle has still not been registered in the ************** and I have yet to receive license my license plates. I have contacted many persons at the dealership to try and get this resolved and have been given an excuse about an issue with the 3rd party company that handles their registrations. Have been trying to get in touch with the finance department to cancel my gap coverage I purchased from them. The salesman on the phone always says they are busy, but will leave my name and number in a note or email. This call never gets returned. The gap coverage is prorated so they are literally costing me money everyday my calls go unanswered. Terrible customer service.
Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my experience buying a vehicle at this dealership. Their only concern is taking your money. Once the sale is made, don't expect ANY communication from anyone at that dealership. I waited a full week to pick up my car after I handed them the check in full. There was ZERO communication on their end, I genuinely thought I was getting scammed.
