Very disappointing experience at this Hyundai dealership. After our 3-year-old Hyundai overheated, we had it towed here. Before even removing the radiator, ***** told us it wouldnt be covered under warranty. While still on the vehicle, they saw 3 tiny holes less than 1 mm in size each that caused the coolant to leak and the engine to overheat. This is the my 2nd Hyundai and the the 4th by my immediate family. I've had a pleasant experience each time, Sale manager (Tom) always came and spoke to me. A got a fair price for my trade. Salesman Lance ma. de it easy and knew his product. F&I guy, Sal not pushy.
Took my car to have a canister mount installed. The mechanic broke the bolts. So he cable tied it in place, which is loose, and he let me drive it off the lot. It cost me $1000. When I got it home my husband looked under the hood because I still smelled fumes. That’s when he saw the shoddy work these professionals did. They will drill holes somewhere to fix it but it will cost me for his damage to my car. $185 a hour. I recommend checking the work on your on your car before you pay. I had just made the payment for the month two days before I got a new car and was told that my recent payment would be refunded and they were paying off the lease. I had an appointment for an oil change, but the day before my appointment my tensioner and serpentine belt broke. I brought it in to get it fixed. They forgot to do the oil change. I had to bring it back. After the oil change, it started leaking a lot of oil. They tried to tell me that it was leaking oil before I brought it in. Funny, they didn't say anything about a leak when they fixed the tensioner and belt. This place is terrible. I expect this from a chop shop, not a dealership.
