It's sad because I believe this an educated group of doctors, however the office staff is beyond incompetent. I was a patient a few years ago and although I received good care, the office staff at that time was very disorganized and showed no concern for your time or well being. I had to wait at every appointment and then the doctor was rushed when I did see him. Yesterday I called at 9:45 to try to get an emergency appointment to see Dr O'Hara and was told they would see if they could get me in today. By 1:30 after not hear... read more
