The staff and doctors are exceptional, and the clinic environment is always clean and welcoming. Every visit is a comfortable and positive experience!
I have been waiting 5.5 years to leave this review. I just completed the entire immunotherapy course with South Bay & Allergy. The office is very unorganized. Many times I walked in and the waiting room was packed with people, there’s nobody at the front desk, and we all just standing around confused. Then after checking in, they continue calling names and often skip the order so after 20 minutes I have to ask again about my shot appointment. I was so frustrated just being there by the end of it. Dr. Zhang is great, always had good experience with her, but the people who work in the office lack common sense and need some customer training. I walked into the office around 1pm, to make a payment, since there were some issues with my son's bills. I only did this because as someone else pointed out, they never answer your calls or return your voice mails. I highly recommend Dr June Zhang if you have an allergy or potentially-related issue. Unlike some other specialists I’ve seen, I really felt heard and she offered a thorough care approach in response. I like her staff, too, especially the ones handling insurance authorizations and shots. They’re very pleasant and make those processes pretty easy.
