Dr. Zhang is great, always had good experience with her, but the people who work in the office lack common sense and need some customer training. I walked into the office around 1pm, to make a payment, since there were some issues with my son's bills. I only did this because as someone else pointed out, they never answer your calls or return your voice mails. I highly recommend Dr June Zhang if you have an allergy or potentially-related issue. Unlike some other specialists I’ve seen, I really felt heard and she offered a thorough care approach in response. I like her staff, too, especially the ones handling insurance authorizations and shots. They’re very pleasant and make those processes pretty easy.

While I found the treatment effective during the first year and appreciated Dr. Zhang’s nice demeanor, I experienced several ongoing concerns with the overall office operations. My main issue is that this office has always felt like a money-grab. The office often recommended additional tests and appointments that did not seem necessary. Although I understand the value of Ni-Ox and lung function assessments, the repeated testing rarely resulted in meaningful adjustments to my treatment plan. Dr. Zhang is probably the most helpful and kind doctors I met. Truly felt like she cared about me during my visit and gave me lots of helpful advice that other allergists didn't.

Even though Dr. June Zhang is lovely and been a good care provider the office is terrible to work with. It is incredibly hard to get them on the phone. You can leave messages with the answering service and leave voice messages and still they will not call you back. Plus, their shot station hours are difficult for working individuals. I cannot wait until we can leave this clinic for good!
