Been here since 2pm with a broken foot, all I needed was a referral to an ortho.. I'm sitting in the lobby making all the calls to my insurance provider and calling local Ortho doctors to get the ball rolling. Going on 3 hours without pain meds and constant standing and hoping around to get questions and figure out what's going on... Good thing this isn't a life or death situation.. Otherwise I wouldn't be typing thing.. I would be dead!!!
They never ran on time and all but one dr who has left the practice mis dx my sons many times. Some of the staff is great but making sick kids wait 2 to 3 hrs as a sick walk in was not a good fit, they did not respect my or my childrens time. It has the potential to be something more but the proper organization, staffing and schedule is not there.
Dr Ayala is the best, too bad his staff nurses don't know what the they're doing. They don't consider an ill person that really needs to see the doctor. He is losing quite a bit of patients, due to rudeness on behalf of his staff. He Is The best!
