This place is the worse doctors office I have ever been to. Not only do u schedule a appointment just to wait 30 minutes past ur scheduled time but the staff in the front act like it's their first day. My son has been a patient here for four months and when he got sick we scheduled a appointment for 2pm. We get there and are told they can't see my son because the doctors name doesn't match what's on our card....WTF? I didn't miss a day of work over some BS that could've been handled over the phone. The shittiest doctors office & Pediatrician's office I have ever been to. My son has been a patient since he was born, and we never had a problem when until he was sick. We arrived at the office in the afternoon only to be told they would not see him until his Primary care physician was changed to one in their office, except he has been seen in their office the past FOUR MONTHS and no one ever mentioned that? I love the doctors and nurses !! They are helpful caring and I have never had a problem with any office !
I go in for a follow up appt and it turns out that my appt was canceled. Someone apparently "called me" but did not leave a message. I was also told that a cancellation letter was sent out three weeks ago.....wait??? A cancellation letter? What is this? Last time i checked, this is the 21st century. What ever happened to emails, automatic text messages, and LEAVING A MESSAGE? And spare me the "confidentiality" bs!
