SAMG - Westover Hills The only think they get right is filing a claim with your insurance company and collecting the Co-Pay. They never keep appointment times so do not bother making one. The Doctors and Staff do as much as they can but management keeps them overbooked with appointments every fifteen minutes and walk-ins on top of it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from SAMG. I know I will be looking for a new Doctor!
I would've been a 1st time patient, but right away was handled with bad service. I am typing this from right outside their building. I was told I will not be seen unless I pay $130. Now I understand copays and deductibles, but usually if I cant pay anything, the clinic will just send me a bill. This place straight up refused to work with me. All I'm trying to do is see a doctor to get my health back in check and you want me to pay $130 straight up for probably 10 minutes of the doctors time. And I'd pay it, but not working w... read more
