Very disappointing experience. I purchased an item yesterday and came back today to exchange it for a cheaper option. The item was opened but never used, and I wasn’t even expecting a refund—just an exchange. They flat-out refused, didn’t offer a restocking fee or any alternative, and simply told me they “can’t help” and that I was out of luck. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, which made this even more frustrating. Customer service like this guarantees I’ll think twice before coming back.
Daniel was very helpful and reasonable in pricing gear for my shop. I plan on doing a lot more with this place.
