sound quest rocks good service Soundquest Car audio best stereo shop in the valley i wanted a stereo system in my car and i got the cheapest price in the whole 209 i spoke to a guy named Adam and i spoke to another guy named dave i got a stereo and a pair of speakers for 120 installed i wAs very happy and i recommend customers to go here they will give you a deal
prices sound to good and r not true Great Prices if you were a sucker. the old bait and switch moves i thought were illigal. ya i guess im a sucka to i got swithced products and caught them. told them and they agreed they were caught.and gave me the right speakers i paid for .be carefull they will charge u one price not the (price advertised) then give u a simular model but the unit will be a less watte model. Horrible Experience I went in to get an alarm installed and ended up getting ripped off. They messed up my stereo by installing all of the alarm wiring behind the stereo which caused an alternator whine to come through the speakers. They denied there being any noise or of them doing anything wrong and kept insisting my stereo was going out the 3 times I came back complaining. I SWEAR ITS WORST PLACE EVER!!! My nightmare started when i read the penny saver add prices on there where to good to be true.. sure enough when i got there they "didnt have the visor screens" that were advertised that same day instead they add something "better" at of course a higher price..i drove all the way from sacrmento i waited hours and hours in the lobby till they where done.. they were very RUDE..MY SISTER ASKED FOR WATER AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A RESTURANT ACROSS THE STREET when they were done there was wiring... read more
low price is a scam and used products price was switched as soon as i was going to pay and also the product that was installed was not the one i payed for. i got a downgraded product. sucked Went there and service sucked i would of had better service buying a car stereo system at WALMART. they gave me attitude when asking a simple ? they have crappy products and no warrenty so if i would say go somewhere ELSE
