scam artists, will rob you blind So I go to this place after seeing their pennysaver ad. I should have known better. The ad prices being so cheap, I was tempted. Talk about bait and switch. This place is joke and a big ripp off. i don't know they stay in business. My buddy warned me. He too had a bad deal there. He had a stereo system and alarm installed there. that same night it got ripped off and his alarm did not even go off????
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/RIPPED OFF I BOUGHT SOME VISOR TV'S AND THEY NEVER INSTALLED THEM PROPERLY. I WENT BACK SEVERAL TIMES MADE SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS AND THEY WOULD HELP THE NEW CUSTOMERS AND THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. NOW I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO CORRECT THEIR BAD INSTALLATION.
rip off les than zero they are crap they sold us used equiptment ruined our boat they have no idea what they are doing they should not be in business they need to go back were they came from
Soundquest is the best car audio shop in the area! I went to EVERY stereo shop in Lodi, called some in Stockton and Sac and SoundQuest was the only store who had the best price on the stereo, speakers, alarm, and TVs that I wanted. They even gave me a pair of free head phones. They had great customer service. The sales person who helped me was A.J. low price is a scam and used products price was switched as soon as i was going to pay and also the product that was installed was not the one i payed for. i got a downgraded product. I SWEAR ITS WORST PLACE EVER!!! My nightmare started when i read the penny saver add prices on there where to good to be true.. sure enough when i got there they "didnt have the visor screens" that were advertised that same day instead they add something "better" at of course a higher price..i drove all the way from sacrmento i waited hours and hours in the lobby till they where done.. they were very RUDE..MY SISTER ASKED FOR WATER AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A RESTURANT ACROSS THE STREET when they were done there was wiring... read more
bitsulove2hate THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO IN LODI FOR CAR AUDIO , ALARMS ETC ..I have been going to them for a few years , never had a problem , always get a good deal , The guys there are great , always willing to help , and always very friendly , and professional , ( but don't go in there with an attitude , thinking it will get you anywhere , cause as great as they are , they do not seem like the type to take s--t !!!!!!!!!!! Horrible Experience I went in to get an alarm installed and ended up getting ripped off. They messed up my stereo by installing all of the alarm wiring behind the stereo which caused an alternator whine to come through the speakers. They denied there being any noise or of them doing anything wrong and kept insisting my stereo was going out the 3 times I came back complaining. They have installed stereos, speakers, dvd players, and T.V. screens for several family members and friends. We own a trucking business and they have also done installations on our big rigs.
