I have had many car audio systems installed by many different people. You WILL NOT find a friendlier, more knowledgeable group of people. What started as a free written quote for some window shopping and dreaming, turned into my dream vehicle. This place was excellent in their customer service practice. They had replaced the stereo system in my car the same day they took it in. The prices were affordable and worth it. -2011 VW Jetta TDI.
This is the best car stereo store in the 757. They have great customer service, the best I have every dealt with. From the time I walked in the door, until the time I picked my car up, hands down the best. Ethan, Andrew, Steve and my installer DJ were just great to work with. Excellent customer service and price. I drove over an hour from Gloucester county to Virginia Beach to Sound Wave Customs. They installed a remote start in a new Kia Sorento after dealership said there were none available in the United States. Apparently the dealership didn’t want to install aftermarket parts.... and that’s fine with me..... because I had my system installed by the most professional, hardworking group of young men that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in a long time.
