Great place to shop – I went to Best Buy to get a car radio installed, They didnt have my kit and harness in stock , So they sent me to SoundFX up the road. So I get there the sales person starts asking me questions about what I was getting done at Best Buy , He starts showing me his products shows me his establishment and how they do things at soundfx . Avoid like the Plague- Only one star since I can't give a 0 – The only advice I give to anyone who unfortunately shops at Sound FX in West Warwick is to not pay in full until the job is done. Once you pay in full, they don't care about the customer at all. I received a Sound FX stereo installation for my car as a gift from my sisters, so they paid in full. Awesome service!!! Knowledgeable staff – I went to a "megastore" to buy my remote starter. I knew more than the salesperson having done some research online. I opted not to make the purchase there. When I walked into Sound FX they knew the products, (pros and cons) they didn't pressure me, they helped me into the right unit for what I wanted. I did have an issue after the install. Great products, great service – I recently purchased a new car radio. speakers and a remote starter at Sound FX in West Warwick RI. Not only were the prices competitive with any local electronic store, the service was outstanding. The sales people were very helpful and mindful of my budget. The installation went quickly and when my car was done, it was if no one had been in my car. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I have encouraged all my friends and family to go to Sound FX for any car audio needs.

To Customer Jaymerr – Mr. Jay Rogers, you have been a customer of ours for several years and we have always over backwards to accomodate you. For you to say these comments is unwarranted. We proved to you over and over again that your issue was with Nissan, and not the Alpine equipment, and not the installation. We spent countless hours in diagnostics(at no charge to you) to assist you in this issue. Take your money and forget you – I had sound fx pull my alpine head unit from my old car and install it in my new one.Once they did this, they created a battery drain which killed my battery every 6 weeks. i took it to the dealer and they spent three days and removed their equipment and said it was the after market installation. Barry's of Newport charged me $0 for three days work. After already spending close to $3,000 on the hardware and another $700 to put it in a new car Sound fx said it was not thier fault. Amazing Sound System Install: SoundFX – After purchasing my new Smart Car, I immediately knew I needed a new sound system, the stock system just wasn't cutting it! Thanks! I love it! – I purchased my new Alpine radio from there and I love it! Rob was great and showed the me differences between all of the radios. Thank God because I had no idea that they can offer so much! I'd recommend them to all! Thanks again!
