Awesome service!!! Knowledgeable staff – I went to a "megastore" to buy my remote starter. I knew more than the salesperson having done some research online. I opted not to make the purchase there. When I walked into Sound FX they knew the products, (pros and cons) they didn't pressure me, they helped me into the right unit for what I wanted. I did have an issue after the install. Great products, great service – I recently purchased a new car radio. speakers and a remote starter at Sound FX in West Warwick RI. Not only were the prices competitive with any local electronic store, the service was outstanding. The sales people were very helpful and mindful of my budget. The installation went quickly and when my car was done, it was if no one had been in my car. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I have encouraged all my friends and family to go to Sound FX for any car audio needs.
To Customer Jaymerr – Mr. Jay Rogers, you have been a customer of ours for several years and we have always over backwards to accomodate you. For you to say these comments is unwarranted. We proved to you over and over again that your issue was with Nissan, and not the Alpine equipment, and not the installation. We spent countless hours in diagnostics(at no charge to you) to assist you in this issue. Take your money and forget you – I had sound fx pull my alpine head unit from my old car and install it in my new one.Once they did this, they created a battery drain which killed my battery every 6 weeks. i took it to the dealer and they spent three days and removed their equipment and said it was the after market installation. Amazing Sound System Install: SoundFX – After purchasing my new Smart Car, I immediately knew I needed a new sound system, the stock system just wasn't cutting it! remote starter purchase – I went to several other shops that said I needed to give up a key to do my remote start...but they said they didn't have to. Saved me $300 from Nissan not to give one up! Thanks! Works great.
HORRIBLE!!! – What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I spend over $1800 on new stereo equipment, and when I brought it all home, the tweeter started buzzing. They diagnosed the problem and said that it was a ground piece that they needed to order. They didn't get the part for over four weeks. when I finally called again, they said that I needed to bring the car in again...
