Work done right! – My husband and I purchased a Viper remote start from Sound Fx. Staff was professional and work was completed on time. Will be recommending Sound Fx to family and friends.
Excellent experience! – I recently had an auto start installed at Sound FX. I don't know why I waited so long! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The service was completed efficiently and the vehicle was ready when promised. Great experience!
Great to deal with – I have dealt with Sound FX for GPS, Auto Start, and Alarm devices. No issues, great service. They know their business, and delivered on time and at the price quoted. I have also used them as a consultant for a home entertainment system and the advice and guidance was "right on the money". I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Very knowledgable staff and great service – I bought a new viper alarm and remote start combo from Erik at soundfx. He was very knowledgable about the product and the car I own. When it was time to drop the car off it was a very painless procedure. I went in at 9 and they had my car checked in within minutes. As soon as the car was finished they called me and I picked it up. best sound around – me as an experienced car audio enthusiast i expected to walk in to their store just like i have other custom car places and showing up the people on staff but these people at sound fx know what they are talking about. I actually learned a few things in the 20 minutes i was there! what else can i say besides good service, knowledgeable staff, great products, and i wouldn't trust my car with ANYONE else . i know i will be back for some tint and a viper 2 way alarm system in the fall!!
Excellent service, quality work, good prices – I bought a Kenwood stereo from them, Brian knew what I was looking for and didn't push me into spending more than I needed. I installed it myself, but it didn't solve the problems I was having. They installed a couple new speakers, a new antenna and even put back together the console I had taken apart to replace the radio. When I got the bill, I had to ask if they charged enough. Two good experiences with them, highly recommended!
Great place to shop – I went to Best Buy to get a car radio installed, They didnt have my kit and harness in stock , So they sent me to SoundFX up the road. So I get there the sales person starts asking me questions about what I was getting done at Best Buy , He starts showing me his products shows me his establishment and how they do things at soundfx . Avoid like the Plague- Only one star since I can't give a 0 – The only advice I give to anyone who unfortunately shops at Sound FX in West Warwick is to not pay in full until the job is done. Once you pay in full, they don't care about the customer at all. I received a Sound FX stereo installation for my car as a gift from my sisters, so they paid in full.
