I brought my 2012 TC Scion to get pimped out. I got a nav, supwoofer, amp, tinted windows, remote car starter, and alarm at a great price. Great customer service and good prices. My car looks and sounds awesome. Products were put in quickly. Everyone who's doesn't like the job they do, then go somewhere else, like best buy, good luck with that. A+++++ to Sound FX.
Thanks again guys... – I brought my Mercedes in for a repair for a rear radar sensor that I had done elsewhere several years ago. They ordered me a new one and I dropped my car off to have it done. When I picked it up they didn't charge me because it wasn't a defective part, rather just a bad connection. They could've just put the new part in and I would've never known the difference. Thanks to Mark and Brian for your honesty. See you soon.
Just drive by.... – Wish I could give 0 stars !!!! They scratched my car and service manager's facial expressions made my blood boil.... The old saying 1 happy customer will tell 5 people about their experience and a pissed off customer will 30 people... What a bunch of rookies !!!! Avoid this hack place !!!! – Place is a complete joke. No customer service at all. Service manager mark was supposed to call me to resolve an issue, as I expected he never called me. This place has gone down the drain bad in the past 5 yrs!!! That's ok I'll repair my car on my dime even tho your installer is a hacker...
Shady service and dishonest manager – I couldn't have been more dissatisfied. I wanted to get a Viper smartstart installed for my 2010 Acura TL along with an alarm. I told them I didn’t want a viper remote, and wanted to work everything with my smartphone or factory keyfob. Promises were made and not kept. After the initial installation, I had a list of issues ranging from the alarm going off when I opened my car door, to not being able to open my trunk. Great Staff,Great Service,Excellent Product – This review is long overdue. I needed a remote starter for my car as it is parked outside in the winter and the ice on the windshield is a real pain to remove before heading into work. I also don't like driving a car that is freezing cold. When the temperature goes below 32 degrees I am not a happy camper. Great service .Great product – I was looking to get a remote start .so i was price shopping around and stopped in there store after i went to a couple of other shops .they had a really nice display of different remote starts after i spoke with one of there salesmen he took me over to there display and helped me pick out a remote start for my vehicle .they had everything in stock and i came back a couple days later to get it done on my day off .everything went smooth and i didnt have to loose a key .all the other places i wen... read more
Save Yourself the Aggravation – Wow. They all of a sudden get TWO five star reviews on the same day - two days after I gave them 1 star and called them out on their poor work,service,and their shady business practice of installing used floor display speakers without notice or discount after charging for a brand new set. Two five star reviews on the same day on CitySearch when they still have LESS THAN 25 reviews all time ..... makes you wonder if these guys rushing to defend these hacks are actually on Sound FX's payroll !!!... read more
