SoundFX SUCKS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, awful business and rude employees. I'd give it ZERO STARS if I could. They charged me more than they quoted me, the equipment stopped working the next day and the manager denies responsibility for disregarding specific instructions about my vehicle. I specified not to alter my vehicle (drill holes, cut carpet, etc...) and what did they do? they drilled holes in my trunk and cut the carpet in my Mercedes. After reading the positive and negative review. We still deiced to have the remote start installed at Sound FX. The salesman Eddy reassured me the night before I that we would have a great install. The next day we brought the car there and we took pictures and did a walk though. Eddy was pleasant and professional and so we trusted him. About two and a half hours later we got the call the car was ready. When we got there was no body damage or interior damage to the car. Terrible experience, do not use sound fx. They cut the carpet in my mercedes without asking and everything stopped working the next day. They wanted to charge me to remove the equipment that broke after they said it would work. bullsh!t

great techs. – thanks to SFX for fixing my ride. I went to two other places and no one could figure out why my amp kept shutting off. Pete in the back figured it out pretty quickly. I thought it was going to cost me a lot but they were reasonable. thanks again.

good service...and advice – thanks to Brian over there and the rest of the guys. Balise wanted over $1000 to fix my car and Sound FX got it going for $100! I will always refer my friends to you guys.

Love my home theater!!!! – Thanks to Steve who helped my wife and I design a spectacular home audio system. The surround sound system sounds amazing with the Def Techs, and the SI screen looks the same. I was skeptical about the Control 4 automation but now I am hooked. I want more! See you soon.
